In this meeting every coordinator was asked to tell how far they have gone with teams preparation.
Most of them had made arrangements and photographs were handed over to AKWOS secretary so that they will be placed on the calendar of competition because they were classified according to nearby sectors for facilitation of fields that are close to each other.
